Debt collection for R560 odd rands

Why did you not debit my account as always for any outstanding monies and have the cheek to have Blake & associates contact me for collection on an outstanding amount? Not even a simple phone call from your faceless organisation first in an attempt to resolve this, but just merely hand one over to a debt collection company, what a sad day! We have been customers for 20+ years and have never missed a payment. I requested in early August for Blake & associates to debit this amount and got another call today insisting I make this payment and telling me that you cannot debit the amount as it is debt, eish?!
