Debiting my account without any service rendered
So you Multichoice, this massive conglomerate of a company decided to debit MY account without rendering any service. My service was cancelled on the last day of my subscription period and yet you decided to still debit my account with a subscription i don't have, and frankly am not interested in anymore. You then have the arrogance to tell me that i should wait 15 days (which is the soonest) to refund me. Do you allow me 15 days if I haven't paid you before you cancel my service??? To irritate me further, i requested to speak to someone that can assist, not a chain of command where every link in that chain is incapable of resolving my problem. Lebo Benie, you informed me that you cannot assist me as you need to follow procedure???? Did Multichoice follow procedure by not debiting my account when a service was cancelled? Lebo, you then get a client Liaison officer to contact me, to regurgitate the same things you told me, just in a different way after I exasperatedly told you to only have someone contact me if they can help me!!! I'm writing this post because Morne Nel, Call Centre Manager, should have contacted me by 11:27, and he did not!!!!! I am not sure why i am excited!!
