Debiting more than the agreement on pricelock

Pathetic service from a company that is quick to take your money without any consent.

Im on pricelock for 899PM. I get an SMS this morning stating that I will be debited 999 on the 20th of this month.

I take it up their social media account on Twitter and they say it's an error on their side and nothing can be done until next month.

The call center agent Bongani informs me that they charged additional PVR function charges.

The Facebook team tell me that they now going to debit 1009 on the 20th.

3 different stories from the same clueless company.

What is the purpose of a pricelock if they just start adding their own amounts?

I'm thinking of canceling my dstv account immediately if this is not resolved today. ******* of the highest order. Quick to take money but must wait a month to get it sorted??
