Debited incorrectly

I recently took up the DSTV Explora deal for R799.00 per month. When I was called by the agent to complete the deal he explained that for the month of January I would pay my normal subscription and in February I will start paying the R799 with an additional pro rated amount for the last few days of January. This month I was debited for R1936.22 which is far more than what I anticipated. I called the call centre on to find out that they didn't cancel my other subscription hence the huge amount that I was debited for. This was sent through to the escalations department and was promised to be called back and since then haven't heard anything. I was given the incorrect information from the beginning... Shocked and appalled at the service I have received being a loyal multichoice customer for a while now.
