Debited for 3 decoders instead of one
<p>My bank account has been debited for 3 decoder subscriptions this month, 2 of which have not been active in months if not years. The reason being given when you call is that their system is somehow activating deactivated decoders. Why do I have to call and spend 20 minutes of my airtime to find out such and why are you treating my bank account as you please? I was promised a refund for one decoder yesterday and the other one by the finance system whenever that will be. There is nothing yet in my account.<br />I'm extremely annoyed by this. Being a monopoly doesn't mean you should abuse your customers. I think Netflix will give me a better service.</p>

Good day,
I am even more unhappy now. I was debited R1209.50 on 3 May 2017. After this complaint I got refunded R353.23 on 6 May 2017 and I don't even understand what this is for. My current premium is R479.50 which is what I was debited in April after the price increase. I still have one decoder that is active so can someone explain to me why I am only being refunded R353.23 out of the R1209.50 when the debit amount was supposed to be only R479.50?
