Debited even though contract has ended.

I am still being debited for the past 3 months even though my contract has ended for the DSTV internet. Everytime i contact an agent assures me that my contract as ended and i will not be debited. But that will be the first debit of my account. i have sent them my bank statement now and the chats between the various agents. but still nothing is done. Now i will have to contact my bank to put a stop order on those debits.
