Debited again
Today again a debit order goes off my account. After MC confirmed telephonically that no debit would be requested because they debited my account on 25/06/2015 with R1911.20. They debit my account with R849.00!!! I call the CC they tell me phone your bank cause its not reflecting on your account! How is this my problem, WHY is this my problem. Every month I need to be out of pocket and pay other things short because of their failure to do things correctly! this is totally disgusting and just when I thought things couldnt get worse, they prove me wrong again. I should contact the bank and request a reversal! I must pay bank charges for someone elses mess up!!!! Totally disgusted beyond words. I want this resolved within 2 days. No retarted response that its been escalated like you did the last time and no one came back to me! I needed to do follow up. Terrible service and no ownership from any person just keep passing the buck.
