Debit order went through for cancelled service
DSTV was cancelled on 31.01.2016 & Thobeka at the Multichoice call centre PROMISED me that the debit order would not be taken on the 1st February. I asked if there was a notice period & she said no, she could cancel it there & then. I sincerely hope the call was recorded, as indicated. The debit order did indeed go through on my bank account on 02.02.2016, but the service was cancelled immediately on 31st January. I'd like the money refunded please. I was also informed that my account had a R14.17 credit balance, but the only way this money would be refunded to me, is if I reconnect the DSTV service!
