Debit Order Sucks

Lets start of with this. My account was a staff account, meaning I paid R300 a month. In June/July you took R5500 something off my account for no reason. I had that reversed and paid the balance. Then I got an Explora, which I paid cash, yet you have me on the payment plan thing for R800 and something a month. Ever since then you have been taking so many different amounts off my account I can not keep up. Then Nov you took R1268.01 off my account, which I disputed and will now pay cash. No one seems to know what the issue is. I paid everything up September/Oct, yet you still can't seem to get your **** together. And all I get told is \system error""; it was esculated and still no one has phoned me regarding this. Everything gets esculated;yet nothing gets done. The service I have received from you guys is absolutely **********. I would be embarrassed if I where you!"""
