DEBIT ORDER STOPPED BY DSTV/MULTICHOICE/DPP

<p>Good day</p> <p>On 3 November I got a sms stating that I am not paying my account and my name has been handed over to credit bureaus.........NO OTHER E-MAIL OR OTHER SMS'S BEFORE HAND</p> <p>I got the Explora deal in January and a debit order has been going off on my bank account until 1st of July - it suddenly stopped!</p> <p>I went to my bank (FNB) the next morning and they did not stop it, neither did I tell anyone to stop it.</p> <p>I then called Multichoice on 4 November @ 11:53 and explained the whole story. The lady said she will take it up with her supervisor and get back to me, BUT NO ONE DID. I also asked the lady to re-instate the debit order. I paid R899 in any case on the 3rd of November (EFT) payment.</p> <p>It is now the 11th, a week later, and I called Multichoice again @ 10:50. After speaking to a consultant, I asked to rather speak to a supervisor. I was put through to Lerato and had to explain the whole story again.</p> <p>I was told to contact this e-mail address, after spending 29 MINUTES ON THE PHONE.</p> <p>I want a letter from whoever, that my account has been sorted out. I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR 3 MONTHS (AUG, SEP AND OCT), AS IT WAS NOT MY FAULT.</p> <p>Please get back to me A.S.A.P.</p> <p>Thank you</p> <p>Rina Gremels (HP) - ********** 467</p>
