Debit order still not going through despite promise!!!

As per my last review about this useless business my issues still haven't been resolved despite Multichoice promising that my account issues will be resolved& my account will be debited as normal. ever since i opened this pricelock account nothing has been done right from their side. I ended up having to make eft payments because they were not debiting my account as per the agreement. One of the agents even claimed that i was reversing debit orders which is a flat LIE. It's the 3rd today& they still have not debited my account, i'm even scared to make an eft payment because they claimed that i was not sticking to the contract ignoring the fact that it was their fault they took no responsibility for it. Can a competent person from this company sort this matter out because i refuse to pay any extra amount that i have been **********ly being changed because of their lies about me reversing my debit order. How can i reverse something that doesn't even exist? So what do i do now?
