DEBIT ORDER REFUND

I called multi choice on 01/07/2015 at 13:44 and i spoke to Luvuyo for 29.05 minutes , the reason for my call the was a deduction of R12.00 from my account.<br> when i called i was informed that the amount is for the insurance, from my knowledge i cancelled DSTV in 2013 and why the deduction now.<br> It was then explained that the amount is for an insurance that was not cancelled and from my understanding when i joined multi choice i was offered an insurance and i then took it, but why when i cancel the service they dont cancel the insurance to my undrestanding this is stupid, you cannot pay insurance for something that you do not have.<br> i want my refund from 2013, amount: R390.00<br> <br> I was promised that he will call me back on the 3/07/2015 to give me feedback on my refund and am still waiting for the call. <br> <br> Help me to get my refund .
