Debit Order problems
<p>Last month I app**** for a debit order to be setup so I can activate Showmax. I cannot have showmax without a debit order. Everything was setup with no issues and my showmax was activated. Today my subscription got blocked for non payment. its the 26th and it was suppose to go off the 25th. Its during the weekend so i thought it will go through the monday. I called the call centre and they said im a cash customer and that their system is blocking my bank details. Which means its clearly an error on their side, the previous month was no problem but this month their systems rejects the account details. All other debit order went off with success, except DSTV. They activated the account again and asked me to make a cash payment, so I did a EFT immediatly. Now i see they charged me a reconnection fee for their system that is giving issues, SO UNFAIR!!!!!!!! Fix your issues and load my ****** debit order correctly. If a debit order goes off next week i will cancel my subscription completely.</p>

We have tried contacting you to no avail. Please note that the reconnection fee charged has been reversed and the debit order details have been approved. Your next debit will run on 25/04/2017 as the account is fully paid .
We will contact you later to explain billing further.

Why was i credited??? I knew signing a debit order will be a problem and its just getting worst and worst
