Debit Order not running and incorrect information given

We installed an explorer on the price lock option of R945in Jan 2017.

No debit ordet went off our accounts from then until we were called to make a payment of R2800 sometime in April. When we called multichoice on the 26th we were told to pay R2800 and then the account would be up to date and an amount of R872 will be debitted on the 28th of May. The debit order will be reinstated since it was not loaded correctly. I called again later that day to confirm this and this was done by another consultant.

To my surprise I just spoke to Stephan Molele and he tells me that the total due is actually R1893 and that will be debitted on the 28th. I then ask him to break this down and he tells me that he does not understand why I WOULD THINK that i only need to pay R872 because his system is telling him otherwise. I told him that i am in no position to pay more than what i was initially told and he tells me that there is no way that I could speak to anyone about any of this until 48hrs later when THEY will call me back. I find this ridiculous because by then the debit order would have run. So I asked to speak to a manager instead and minutes later I am attended to by Zithulele Ngcobo also from the Randburg branch. He then tells me that the magtape has already run for R1893 but he can send an email to the finance department to make a payment arrangement. But then he says that he does not see how I was inconvenienced becuase his system tells a different story from that which I am conveying. At this point I am really irritated because I am being accused of "twisting the tuth" when their incompetence actually inconvenienced me. So I asked him to request the recording of the calls that I made on the 26th of April where i was explicitly told that my account is up to date and that only R872 will be debitted from my account.

I am very disappointed that such blatant poor service can be given to a client when all this was caused by Multichoice not debitting my account timeously and causing unnecessary arrears on my account. This is absolutely nonsense and I do not feel that I should be held accountable for your call centre agent's incompetence. If i was advised accordingly my account would be up to date and I would not have to pay monies which I know nothing of.

May someone please listen to the phone recording between me and the 2 agents on the 25th of April at 20:36 and on the 26th of April I cannot recall the time. After doing so may someone please contact me and rectify this. I do not appreciate being made feel stupid when I know what was told to me. I actually do not even believe thatI am liable to pay any amount that was not discussed with me.
