Debit order not refunded for cancelled account
I cancelled my DSTV end of March 2021.
They took money for the April 2021 debit order - I contacted them, advised that my account is cancelled and got a refund.
End of May, same story, except this was a double debit order for April and May. I've contacted them via their chat funtion on their website on 30 May 2021. I was advised that the debit order will be refunded, and that my account is cancelled. It's been two weeks = 10 working days, and no refund has been received as at 13 June 2021.
I would really like my R1,078 back, and written confirmation that this won't happen again.

Nothing has happened between the 13th and the 18th - no communication, no refund, nothing. In other words, it's been more 18 days that they have the money in their account, earning interest, *****ing over people.
