Debit order not going off leaving me in the rear on my account still no callback!

<p>So i got an sms from multichoice a few days back saying my account is going to be handed over to lawyers because im not paying. In january 2017 i got the explorer from dstv on the price lock on 950pm and agreed to a debit order on the 3d of every month nobody came in contact with me about this and i wasnt aware that the debit orders havnt been going off and the account hasnt been cut off until thursday when i got the sms . Now i have an account in the rears off in the 3000. I called dstv explaining the situation and the lasy said dstv will call me back with a payment plan. Im still waiting and its been 3 days im dissapionted in dstv for their lack off customer care in this regard. </p>
