Debit order not going off.

When I took the Explora R850.00 Deal it was advertised and communicated that this package could only be obtained via Debit order as payment method. This suited me fine, Friday I recieved a call fom some debt collector stating that I have never paid dstv. I was furious and had a look at my statements, and realised that they have not debited me. Now I owe DSTV 0ne huge amount, Never have I been phoned to advise me of this. The collecttor said that they have spoken to me but I insist on proof that I have been contacted. I would have rectified it immediately as I never had any mark against my name. Why did they not disconect my service? This is utter incompitancy that is costing me a lot. Once again big corporates are sticking it to the working man. Why did they do all the effort by capturing my banking details if they were never going to charge. At this stage I am seeking legal advise and after i will be taking this to the media. Not that it would matter. You simply do not care about your customers. I really hope your organisation fails with the advent of Internet accesibility becoming better.
