Debit Order not done

For some unknown reason DSTV did not debit my account, yet after 4 calls made to them to debit my account. They did not comply but asked me to rather go and pay my account at my local Checkers to avoid disconnection. And this morning they disconnected me and then they have the cheek to charge me re-connection fee.
