Debit order not authorised nor used service.

Good day I cancelled my DSTV premium service a few years ago after many years with MNET then DSTV. I then decided to maybe apply for DSTV again via decoder or streaming and DSTV internet access. After receiving the cost and disappointment with DSTV Internet access information I made the call not to go ahead with any of DSTV's options. I did not receive any communication that I did accept any deals or any Terms and Conditions about debit orders going through my banking account and nothing about fee of R180-00 that will be debited to my account if I cancel. Cancel service that I did not use nor received any correspondence of what service I did accept or used. I did not accept nor used any service after speaking to the agents. I hope that their service will improve with the new owners taking over DSTV.
