Debit order messed up again
Hi There

I recently complained about my debit order not being taken off yet again. Again, you all contact me, I verify my banking details and I am assured that the problem is fixed. Again, this month it hasn't been taken off? Please explain to me nicely and properly why this keeps happening?
I have had DSTV for a long time. This isn't new or something different. My bank account hasn't changed?
Please also tell me exactly now I will I have DSTV available to me this month? I am not phoning, racking up a phone bill because of your errors AGAIN. Nor will I run around to a Checkers or a Bank on my time to make a deposit- as I keep doing and serves no benefit to me in the long run. I have been a customer for a long time, I feel that as a customer to you guys I am not looked after and taken for a ride all the time. I feel that you need to be liable for this account for the Month of March!

Do advise me on the way forward?
