Debit order mess
I paid my dstv account cash for this month when it was disconnected then I sent a message to reinstate my debit order which was supposed to only come off next month the 21st as per the arrangement and agreement u made with the call centre agent and as their self service option says but my account was debited early this morning making my account to be overdrawn. I'm really not impressed with dstv, I've sent multiple emails, sms but I still have no reply. I've also asked on numerous occasions to get my statement emailed to me but to this day I haven't even received a welcome letter nor their monthly magazine

We tried to contact you today but could not reach you.
Our records show that we have deducted the monthly subscription from your bank account on 21 November 2015. There is no deduction showing on our records for earlier this month. Please refer to the copy of your monthly statement sent to your personal email address.
Regarding the magazine, please use the TV guide option from your decoder to get an updated DStv programming as we're going green.
