Debit Order Issue
I upgraded to DSTV premuim special of R599 begining of February, spoke with the consultant who confirmed I will be paying R599, Multichoice decided to deduct the normal price instead of a special of R599. When I enquire I'm told "Please be advised that the system did not give you a discount" without any clear explanation on why the system did not give me a discount yet I was told by an agent that I will be getting the discount.

01 Mar 2018, 19:492 days later still no feedback from DSTV regarding debit order query. Maybe cancelling the subscription is a better option than all this nonsense.
