DEBIT ORDER INCORRECT - WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY

In Dec 2015 I changed my DSTV from Premium to the DSTV special of R899 for the explora and premium. On the 15th January 2016 my DEBIT order should have been R899, BUT was R1 475.00.<br> <br> I noticed this on Monday the 18th January 2016 and phoned the call centre, I was told that it was a system error, No apology given. I told them that I did not want a \credit"on my account"
