Debit order incorrect again!
Early in December I called to upgrade to premium and change to yearly billing to get the 1 month saving. I was told it was done. End of December the full year premium doesn't go off, just the monthly amount. 10 phone calls later I get told that the year package date was loaded from February 2020 to January 2021 and the amount will go off at the end of January and everything will be fine. Guess what, my debit order went off on 31 January, but for the monthly premium again. Come on guys just do it right! You are wasting my time and my money!!!!

The amount of R9045.20 is due for payment. This amount will enable the annual cycle for the DStv Premium package with Xtra View to run from the February 2020 till the 31st January 2021.
We can send an Ad-Hoc debit order instruction to deduct the amount from your bank account or alternatively you can make a manual cash EFT payment. Kindly send us an email at *** or contact us to give us the authority to debit the amount.
