Debit order *******ly taken 3 days early

I have set up my credit card debit order to go off on the 28th of every month, and last month they *******ly took money from me 3 days early on the 25th before I had been paid. I have been trying to sort this out since but no one is providing me with answers and they wont allow me to talk to anyone in the accounts department. I have sms proof and bank statement proof and confirmation from my bank that it was in fact deducted on 25th. This is completely ******* as confirmed by my lawyer.
