DEBIT ORDER *****
Ok this is what happen. Some where in April, I went in to Multichoice to change the subscription that was on my X husbands name to my name. The guy at the counter took my request and said I have to return at the end of the month to pay my new subscription in cash as I also wanted to downgrade my package. He said he can only do the change over of the account. He also said I must return then with my request for a debit order on my account.

I returned to MultiChoice on 30 April. Paying now on my new account only 390 as per my new package. The lady Marchall requested a bank statement from me in order to load the debit order request. This I did not have with me. So I paid cash and requested her to please downgrade the package.

When I returned from my 2 week holiday in South Africa I realised they did not downgrade my package. I went In to find out what is going on and was assisted by Jetu. She said that they deducted the debit order --- that was on my X husbands account and paid my account with it. How on earth do you carry over someone else debit order to a new account? And now they refuse to refund him, as they did not downgrade my account as per my request!!
