Debit order for double payment deducted
I made a payment to dstv on 26 February 2015 for R740. Dstv said that this payment was rejected and took off double this amount at the end of March (for the \unpaid"amount). I sent my bank statement and proof of payment to Khumbulani Zulu (ref number ***) on 29 March to show that the payment in February did occur. I followed up twice with him regarding this and received no response. <br> On 16 April"
