Debit order double charge and unknown subscription added to my bill,i feel ****med.

I was charge more than want i pay a month, lot of things was add on my statement,i was charged dstv add on subscription twice and dstv movie add on subscription twice and access fee was charge twice, i called them them to find out why my debit order was R1583 not R748, i wanted to know who add the subscriptions on my account and i was told they don't know and my refund will be R300 i still don't understand why, i need my refund of R800 not R300,i need to know why, i was told am still paying for my explora witch the contract ended last year,something is not right,i feel ****ed,cost of living is to high and dstv is expensive,i have other bills to pay,i was told it will take 72 hours to attand to my matter, i want my money.
