Debit order done but account suspended

Only had dstv for one month and already my account has been messed up. A debit order was done for the exact amount yet my account is blocked for non payment. When i call dstv they say no money was received when we call the bank about the transaction they say dstv deducted so now we stuck with no streaming as dstv just refuses to investigate. We have called numerous times and even sent email no response from dstv
