Debit order doesn't work!

I have given dstv my debit order details twice now and to date my connection gets cut on the 20th of the month!. Why offer a service that doesnt work?, and not inform customers of the failed debit?.

I now have to pay manually every month, this is ridiculous. And your customer service agents seem like they dont know how to handle anything out of their normal narrow scope of works??

Please go and listen to the recorded phone calls to the Durban customer call centre.

Apologies for the delayed response and for the inconvenience caused.
Your debit order details were captured however they came back as non-compliant from your bank. This could be the possible reason why the debit order does not go through, you may consult your bank as to why the debit order details are non-compliant.
On our end as part of the procedure in this case, we need to adhere and verify your banking details before the debit order can be processed. For this reason, we will need your identity copy, authority to debit form and your latest bank statement (bank stamped) to process the debit order.
Please find this link where you can download the required form : http://cdn.dstv.com/selfservice/documentation/2012-07-09_authority_debit_order_form.pdf
Further please send it to ***. You will then receive a case reference number which we will need to trace your documents and process your debit order details.
Should you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
