Debit order dispute and *********** staff members who can't speak to clients in a right manner

On the 1st of September i got debited an amount of R614 and I called multichoice to dispute the amount I spoke to an agent and after 30mins of not getting assistance she finally transfers me to another agent in the pricelock department and there I got an agent that assisted me with my query. I was told that they would credit me the amount of R27 to my dstv acc and that my debit order would be less than R500 as I had made an agreement with one of the agent to take price lock and I had gotten a discount. Yesterday I get an sms saying they gonna debit R614 again from my acc so today I called multichoice and I spoke to Tammy and told her what was going on seemingly Tammy doesn't have a clue and when I told her/him to check on my accounts history and check who I spoke to the last time I called in she/he can't I ask to speak to a team leader then a lady by the name THANDOKAZI MKHULU gets to assist me this THANDOKAZI girl is so rude and *********** she doesn't know how to speak to clients she disputes everything I say then when I ask her questions about my query she just keeps quiet and made me hold then after that takes me off hold and when I speak to her she just keeps quiet so then I continue holding a few minutes after she puts me back on hold again without even telling me to hold how can she be a second in charge with that kind of behaviour multichoice needs to invest more into training their staff on how to provide proper service I am dissapointed on how a big company such as multichoice would have some1 like this as a staff member she's rude and ***********
