Debit order disasters and holiday viewing disasters

We have a holiday home and purchased some viewing days - assuming you get 30 days for one months subscription as that is what we were charged. After numerous efforts nobody can give a me a statement on the amount of days that we got nor when the days were used. e.g got 30 days and 10 days were used on days x,y,z. As result of this and the mess up on the account it showed that we needed to pay an amount of R702-96 over and above our normal amount of R879-00. The amount of R702-96 were paid via ABSA. All of a sudden we no longer had to pay that amount and that was deducted from the normal monthly amount due leaving a balance of R176-04 to be paid. But instead of this amount being deducted Multichoice decided it is a waste of time to deduct such a small amount and deducted an amount of R1245-11. When I called the call centre to find out why such a huge amount was deducted they informed that only R176-04 should have been deducted as our account for both the holiday home and residential home is in credit - according to the transaction history online - the same as what I can see and that I now have to send an email to their billing dept. They gave me the email address which does not work and they cannot transfer me to the department either. I would love to know how they arrive at the amounts deducted because if you ask me , what is shown on your online account and transaction history is not what actually happens - when you think a problem is resolved another problem arises - suppose that is what happens when you have the monopoly in this country.
