debit order cancellation

<p>I am trying to be proactive as I have recently found myself unemployed. I called the call centre to have them cancel the debit order so that i can rather do eft's when my husband salary gets released, which is not on a set date. The lady at the call centre refused saying they do not facilitate eft's.</p>
