Debit order, but don't take money

I just received a message (for the first time) That I owe DSTV R7166 for not paying fees and threatened that if I don't pay I will be listed with the credit bureau... You have a debit order mandate that has been in place for years to take the money off my account every month as you have been doing for the last at least 7 years. I just went and checked (which I never do, as I would take it as your responsibility, with a debit order mandate, to take whatever fee you wish from my account) and you have not taken a payment since March 2016. So now you also wait till 9 odd months later to send me one rude sms!!! Not an e-mail, not a reminder sms nothing. You don't even have the courtesy to cut my DSTV off so that I am made aware that you decided that you are not debiting my account! I don't have R7166 lying around to pay you, it is budgetted monthly and is always there for your to debit on a monthly basis. After being a client for 10 years in my personal capacity, I expect a more. I would like you to come up with some innovative way to sort out your F-up. This is no way to deal with loyal customers
