Debit Order

I contacted Multichoice to change my DO details. Numerous emails/docs/ID's etc later I was told on 27/2/17 the new details were loaded. Same day I asked if the new D/O would go off on 1 March or 1 April. Ronnie Ngoveni rep**** saying 2 March 2017. So on 2 March the D/O went off the wrong account, resulting in this account to go over its limit and incur bank fees. I have been told by Salome Majapelo that Multichoice do not reimbuse bank fees. Firstly this was not my error, secondly why should I be held liable for unncessary cost? I would like an explanation for this and why I was given incorrect information. I can forward all emails above if required. I await a response.
