I Had the most unpleasant experience with multichoce south Africa and I could no believe the ****iness of their agents, I subscribed for a debit order payment months back and all along all was well till April when they did not debit my account on the 25 of each month as agreed the following month they had to debit me twice, In July again they did not debit causing me to me suspended I spoke to a Lerato Mareka who could not give me any answers as to why I was not debited, I then spoke Sphmandla who helped reconnect me then on the1tedand spoke to Alice Marakwane, spoke to Edgar, Nkateko, and smug one was Zandile who told me my account returned unpaid for 3 months so if that's the case then why wasn't I disconnected wow she told me a long stupid story and I had to result to cancelling my subscription with multi choice, I have to say getting me an ovhd decoder will be less stressful, after being a consumer for years with multi choice I was treated like any tom, **** and jerry but hey that's multi choice for me
