On 4 April 2016 I phoned the DSTV callcentre to cancell my service and the agent explained that I can only cancell on the last day of every month but explained that they would ensure that it will be cancelled. Then on 29 April 2016 I phoned again to do a follow up and explained I would like to cancell my service and the agent assisted with the cacellation and said that I would possibly need to reverse my debit order as the debit order request could have possibly already been requested from my bank. I did that and reversed the monies to my account at my bank. Now on the 2 June 2016 they have again debited money from my account for the amount of R217.81. This is not acceptable as they do not have permission to do this as I have cacelled this service twice in one month had to reverse the debit order and now still they are deducting money from my account without permission and with the service cancelled.
