Debit Order
Bought the DSTV Explorer on 24 Months contract on the 1st Of Sept 2015. Contract stated that the amount payable is R849 Per month however on the 29th Of Sept 2015 the amount of R2083 is deducted from my account. After 2 phone calls, the first one (1st Oct 2015), is multichoice fault and is very sorry and that the money will be paid back in 24 to 48 Hours, The second call, (3rd of Oct) no it will take about 1 to 2 weeks.<br> <br> From the installation of the explorer my pvr is not correct and it seems that they cant solve the problem. I pay for extra view but its not working.<br> <br> From them is that it is a new system but it is running for about a year and there is still problems.
