Debit Money without my consent

On the 2 of June 2020 Multi Choice debit money from my account without my permission. I have contacted Multi Choice three times they are unable to assist me with my problem. The bank can not stop the transaction because of Covid 19. Muti Choice is going to deduct money from my account on the 2 of July 2020 and I can do nothing about it. The best part is I do not even own a decoder since 2018. Multi Choice debited this money without my consent.
