Debit date

I wrote my concern with multichoice on 18 March and fortunately someone from Multichoice called and we discussed way forward.I requested that my debit must go through on the last day of the month which is my payday.Its not the first time and it's like there is a commutation breakdown amongst themselves.

Just woke up and I'm suspended.Now it's back to square one I have to call the call centre and they'll tell me someone is gonna call. This I'll treatment is embarrassing me
