Dear DSTV/Multichoice WHY are we still not being refunded!!!!

I am totally disgusted with DSTV/Multichoice with a Credit Refund since April 2024. The service was cancelled the 14th of March and yet again two (2) payments went off - Debit order went off 28 March as well on 29th of April 2024, I have been in constant contact with DSTV telephonically and via e-mail!! Also have provided them with all the necessary documentation, as requested by them. Starting from April 2024 to facilitate the process of the refund due to us, And as off yet no payment has been made and keep on getting conflicting responses to all my queries. I am very disillusioned and frustrated with the services provided thus far.
