DEAL CANCELLED WITH NO REASON
After taking my time almost an hour online with your sales consultant convincing me to buy new decoder on promotion and dish with less premium of compact. While on the call Manager as well came in to confirm same. Two days after Manager called me after accepting deal that my package is now dispatched to courier and should expect delivery in one or two days and received reference number - order ref no OA-***8-1 has been dispatched from our warehouse. Your waybill number is ***.
Wow DSTV....PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THEN THIS IS CANCELED AFTER BEING DISPATCHED TO COURIER. YOU WASTED MY TIME AND THIS IS UGLY ABOUT YOUR POOREST SERVICES.

03 May 2023, 08:16Also may l not be called again for any deal...please delete my cellphone number on your database coz even compact package is not what you promised and is almost six months now try to fix that but none can help and your Managers are always in the meeting like they work for government...please delete my contacts for any future deals and can't wait for competitors and will be the first one to kiss multiple-choice goodbye....
