It has been 3 years since I called you guys and requested my mobile device be deactivated since I no longer have it. But every time I queried my billing I am told that I have a mobile device. Now Fhatwu says I have to submit an affidavit plus a copy of my id, with all the tech know how you have you would have seen that the device in question is still receiving signals and at which address it is. As much as your're able to deactivate the normal decoders, I believe you have that privilege to switch off the mobile device. Today on my bill is R948,48 that's inclusive of the disputed R155,98 despite having the call transaction stating that I did call to disconnect on the 27/11/2015 standalone decoder and having it reconnected on the 11/01/2016.We have disconnected the mobile device. The insurance is not active. ~KWM. What more proof do you need to get my account in order.Dear Thabo,
