Deactivated Account/incorrect billing

Dstv is billing me incorrectly i have paid and have emailed them proof of payment instead of assisting they keep sending automated massages , it been 2 days now since my service has been deactivated and no one has bothered to call me. i will report them to NRC and CPA. their customer service is pathetic. they keep sending this ref *** that i will get assistance within 8 hrs buy no one has bother to resolve this issue. mu contact details are ***
