de-linking of home and holiday accounts

Despite promises in response to my February 2016 complaint that my"...concern will be forwarded to the relevant persons for consideration." the problem remains 100% unresolved to this day - VERY frustrating. As a reminder, here's the original complaint: As a result of a so-called 'upgrade' a few months back, expenses I incur for activating and de-activating my holiday home account are no longer automatically added to my monthly debit order for my home account as it used to. This is an absolute pain, especially since an agent also rents out my holiday home so I never know how much credit is in my account without having to go on-line to do so. This is a backward step in customer service, resulting in time wastage and frustration and has even led to my account being suspended because I forgot to check and top-up my account. In addition to the above, I have since discovered a further backward step in Multichoice's so-called 'upgraded' system: while one can top up one's home account on-line, it is not possible to then transfer from the home account to the holiday account on-line. Rather, once the home account has been topped up, one then has to phone Multichoice and ask the operator to transfer whatever amount one wants transferred - how bizarre is this, in this day and age?!
