Daylight robery

My subscription is 425.which I paid today the 30/11/2015. Now I just got an end to pay 162 and some cents or have my service suspended. Here goes suspend ur service n refund me my 420. I am sorry I refuse to accept bad service especially at my cost. Keep ur bad service n ur stubborn consultants n give me my money
