HELP....

In February 2025 I moved from Compact to Access and I was then told that since I was on price lock I needed to pay R180 for me to be downgraded and it was paid then the move happened Now few days ago I asked to be moved again to lower package which is Easy view because I'm still unemployed to my surprised again I need to pay R180. But for the why ???? I have been saying that when I moved from Compact to Access I was told to pay the R180 before I could be moved since I was on a price lock promotion. That is why I was moved to Access. What could he tbe reason now for me to pay another R180 whereas I was not on a price lock on Access? Im not just moving these packages for fun it's due to my state of unemployment. Please explain to me why then can't I move peacefully since the R180 was paid before or your team can't read customer statements or account. I will further escalate thus to social media since you are trying to rob me daylight so
