I've been on price plan for the past year paying 637 including insurance then all of a sudden when I check my account it says that I'm owing 777, which is the increase of 140. I called Multichoice to raise my queries and I've been told that I successfully signed up for Disney of which I didn't do. When I ask them to remove that thing as I didn't sign up for, the lady said that she will take me to cancellation department then she hung up on me
