I was subscribed to Dstv Access and made payment of R125 in April as my amount due was R124.38.Towards end of April I upgraded to Dstv Compact and my total amount due reflected as R262.59.I set up a monthly debit order on my account which is suppose to go of on 15/05/2020.On 08 May I received a sms from Dstv that Dstv Compact Plus is now available to Compact customers,at no extra cost until 29th May 2020.On 12 May my balance sky rocket to R691.09(I am still on Compact). I cannot get a hold of them to query this:Telephonically as well as live chat. This is **************** and suddenly OVHD seems very appealing to me.We are all affected by lockdown some more than others but Multichoice should practice transparency and not rip us customers off.
