I have dealt with a couple of consultants who cant do simple mathematics. On the 2nd of July 2019 I paid R361.87 over my normal subscription of R399 per month. Makes logical sense that it should cover my viewing till 2 August 2019 and then i carry over my credit balance or R361.87 to August and pay R399 - R361.87 = R37,13c right. But no you bill me R358 of which I pay it and you still tell me that I need to pay R847 for what? You actually robbing me of my money. Secondly my monthly subscription is R399 per month, why do you want R847 more?
